Prepare the Package
Place the timepiece in its original luxury presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films, then secure it within a sturdy shipping carton.
Affix the Insured Label
Print the prepaid, high-value insured shipping label provided via email and attach it to your package to ensure your watch is protected during transit.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our master watchmakers verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
